Yikes...2012 since my last blog post and senseless ramblings!!!!!!!!  UPDATE!

The kids are practically adults now!  Well, Branden is an adult, age 19 now and attending University of New England for his first year...looking at a career in dental medicine!!  We are so proud!

Cameron (tallest of the bunch) is 16, Sophomore in HS, has a steady girlfriend for a year now and still plays hockey and lacrosse and is not afraid to show folks that he loves his momma! He's the Captain of his hockey team and takes the role serious...the importance of the job weighs heavy on his mind an has matured him so much in his thoughts and actions....again...so proud!

Makenna - gorgeous Makenna is 13, in 7th grade and is one of the Captains of her basketball team.  She takes that job as serious as Cam does his and does a write up about the games as soon as she returns home so her memory is fresh.   She's high honors and still challenges her mother every chance she gets! (see how I slid that in in the kindest of ways!!)  Still, so proud of her hard work and determination!

 Marleigh:  sweet and kind is 10 now and is in the 4th grade!  She's mature and makes most of her own meals!  THANK GOD I finally got it right by the 4th one!  Actually, I knew years ago, before children, that I would make them self sufficient little people so that if anything should happen to me, they knew the world could still go on!    She started playing basketball and is a beast on the court!  She's looking forward to spring sports so she can get out on the lacrosse field!  Proud of the baby and how much effort she puts in to all she does!  Good job Mar!


We survived the Christmas holiday and New Years Eve was so fun even though we weren't all together when the ball dropped at midnight, we connected soon after and returned home safe and sound (we did have five extra kids upon return home but that's JUST how I like it!!)

I can't find my way back to my old blog!!!!!  I find it but can't get into it :( Makes me so sad because I really wanted to continue it!  For my old blog entries, you can read here.   And for my really, really old blog entries, go here!

Trying to take a photo a day in this year of 2016...I'll explain my reasons another time but when I was blogging years ago on a daily basis, it made me pay attention...to the kids, my man, and business!  I behaved better and was more "in the moment".  I want that back so Im going to give blogging another try.  Already a day late on my first post...but I spent the evening trying to link to the old blog and just gave up....here we go again!!!
